Today I wanna share my insight of my backbend practice.
I have practiced forearm wheel for a while, I always bind my hands as 2nd pic, one day I tried to place my hands on mat, I got totally different feeling from my upper back and my shoulders, my chest.
Sometimes we need to bring more awareness on our body we have different feeling by small variation❤️
我發現手放的位置不同,感覺也完全不同,把手放在地上,整個感覺變成在上背、上胸跟肩膀❤️大家可以試試看唷❤️
